BELLY DANCE CLASSES WITH LUCIA
Come learn the ancient exotic art of Belly Dance with Lucia, a registered instructor and the President of the San Diego Middle Eastern Dance Association. You will learn the soulful rhythms and movements of Middle Eastern Dance while having fun!
Lucia teaches beginning level I and II Belly Dance group classes and
Intermediate/Advanced classes every Saturday morning. New students are welcomed anytime. Each week, a mini-bazaar is held with shopping treasures.
Private classes and bridal ‘bachelorette’ or birthday’ group classes are available upon request.

Beginning Belly Dance I group classes .... 9:00am
Beginning Belly Dance II group classes . 10:00am
Intermediate/Advanced classes ........... ...11:00am
Group classes are $13 per class or a 5 class series for $55.
The beginning I level class feature basic Egyptian style belly dance movements, floor patterns, veils and zills. In Beginning II level, students learn how to layer movements, choreography, cane and veil.
The Intermediate/Advanced classes focus on choreography, shimmies, layering and Egyptian oriental and folkloric technique.
Performance opportunities maybe offered to students who attend beginning level II and to intermed/adv classes. Students are welcome to join classes anytime. Private coaching or private classes available by appointment. For past events, see Event Gallery.
